Norris Lozano, CEO & President of Pure Power Distribution will serve as a panelist at Novogradac’s Financing Renewable Energy Conference
today. The annual gathering of leading experts in renewable energy and
finance is being held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, D.C.
“It’s an honor to be in our nation’s capital contributing to the important discussion about financing renewable energy in this challenging economic environment,” said Lozano, “We are all working hard to combine the right economic and fiscal tools to create viable projects that not only generate energy, but also financial, social and environmental returns in our communities.”
Lozano will be speaking on the panel called, “Solar Transactions, Current Developments” with leading active developers who will debate issues and solutions in the mobile solar and fixed solar industries, including current opportunities, financing structures and tax policies that affect business development.
During the presentation, Lozano will discuss a recent segment of “Planet Green” which featured Mobile Solar Power Systems providing solar and hybrid power for the base camp of “Valentine’s Day”, a Warner Bros. feature film. In the clip, the producer of the film states, “I honestly believe that [solar powered base movie base camps] will become industry-standard.”
